Healthcare technology company Xsolis has disclosed a major cybersecurity incident that exposed sensitive information belonging to approximately 1.4 million people.
AI Healthcare Provider Xsolis Reports Data Breach Affecting Nearly 1.4 Million Individuals

According to the company, cybercriminals successfully tricked employees into revealing credentials, allowing them to infiltrate portions of Xsolis’ network and access data stored within its environment. The breach has raised concerns due to the large volume of personal information potentially exposed during the intrusion.
While Xsolis stated that it has not identified any evidence suggesting the stolen data has been misused, the company is urging affected individuals to remain vigilant against possible fraud, identity theft attempts, and targeted phishing attacks that may result from the incident.
The Nashville-based firm specializes in artificial intelligence-driven healthcare solutions used by more than 600 hospitals, health systems, and insurance providers across the United States. Its software helps healthcare organizations manage utilization reviews, assess medical necessity, support patient status decisions, streamline discharge planning, and optimize reimbursement processes.
Following the discovery of the breach, Xsolis launched an internal investigation with the assistance of cybersecurity experts to determine the scope of the attack and identify the information that may have been compromised. The company has also taken steps to strengthen its security controls and reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future.
The breach highlights the growing cybersecurity challenges facing the healthcare sector, where sensitive patient and operational data continue to be attractive targets for cybercriminals. Security experts warn that phishing remains one of the most effective methods used by attackers to gain access to corporate networks, often serving as the first step in larger data theft operations.
Affected individuals are encouraged to monitor financial accounts, review credit reports, and be cautious of unsolicited communications requesting personal or medical information. As investigations continue, Xsolis is working to notify impacted parties and provide guidance on protective measures they can take to safeguard their information.
